Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or other U.S. territories.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

Laiya Home is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, when applicable, within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, if applicable.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to provide an appropriate resolution.

Taxes

Orders shipped within the United States may be subject to applicable state or local sales tax based on the delivery address and applicable tax laws.

Applicable sales tax, when required, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

No additional taxes will be charged after an order has been placed.
